Do I need to rent a car?

  • It is not necessary but recommended!  Since we are located in the downtown area, there are a lot of restaurants and shops you can walk to. However, you will need a car to get to the beach.  There are very few taxis in town and we cannot guarantee their availability.

Do you offer parking?

  • We have onsite parking (small lot) and plenty of street parking.

Do you suggest a transportation service? 

  • Eco Baja Tours provides shuttle service between La Paz Airport and San Jose del Cabo Airport – To and from Todos Santos. Their web site is or you can call them at (612) 123-0000 (from U.S. 011 52 (612) 123-0000.


Do you offer meals?

  • La Santeña Restaurant offers delicious breakfast lunch and dinner à la carte. 

Do you offerVegetarian or special diet needs at La Santeña restaurant?

  • We have a variety of vegetarian dishes and if there is a special diet or food allergy we can accommodate you.

Is Hotel Casa Tota Pet Friendly?

  • Hotel Casa Tota allows two dogs per room no more than 40 pounds each. There is a $15.00 dollar charge per day. Please do not leave your dog alone in the room. Please cleanup after your pet, no dogs in the pool and please maintain control of your animal at all times for the safety and comfort of your pet and our guests. We only allow two rooms at a time that will have pets so please make your reservation as far in advance as possible.


Do you offer Rollaway Beds?

  • We do not offer rollaway beds. However we have a few rooms that have two beds and can accommodate up to 3 guests. 

Can children be accommodated?

  • Children are always welcome at Hotel Casa Tota. Please do not leave them unattended at the pool, in the room or bar. 



Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of the reservation (excluding taxes) will be charged within 30 days of your arrival. You are authorizing the hotel to make the charge on your indicated card at the time of providing your information. The remainder 50% plus taxes will be collected upon check in (cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express).

  • In case of cancellation, you will get a refund of the total of your payment if your cancellation is 30 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.   In this case there is a cancelation fee of 5% (of your deposit). 

  • If your reservation is within a period of 30 days or less at the date of your arrival, 50% of your stay will be charged, in this type of reservation there is no refund of your down payment for reservation. Please contact: for more information.

  • It is important to consider that to obtain a refund by credit card the hotel has up to 15 work days to reflect its amount on the assigned card.


    If your reservation is part of a group block...


  • 100% of your reservation will be charged 60 days before arrival. 


  • Your reservation can be canceled without charge 60 days or more before arrival.  

  • Within 60 days or your arrival date the reservation is non-refundable.
